Susan Glenn - Training Consultant


 

 

Susan's training career, spanning over 20 years, has been mainly spent in the pharmaceutical industry.  In her last corporate role Susan was Director of UK Training Operations at Quintiles Inovex, responsible for the personal development of over 2000 employees, including 1200 salespeople and 200 sales managers.

Susan is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), a member of the ABPI Training Committee and sits on the Pharmaceutical Field editorial board. She has had several training articles published in trade journals, and has been asked to speak on these topics at several major conferences.

Over the past four years, Susan has applied her skills and experience across a variety of business sectors, and has worked with clients who include government bodies, IT, architectural practices, market information solutions and outsourcing services.

Her training style is participative, and she believes in using simple and effective techniques which make learning fun and also help to ensure the learning is immediately implemented in the workplace.


Mark Murphy - Training Consultant


Mark has spent over 20 years in the people management and development arena and been a board member of NETg and Quintiles Innovex.  He has extensive experience of both UK and European HR issues including; Strategy Development, Organisational Development/Design, Competency Development and Performance Management. Mark is a highly experienced facilitator and trainer.

A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Member of the Institute of Directors.  Qualified in Psychometric/Occupational Testing and a Licensed Business Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

He has had several articles published in professional journals on a variety of current human resource issues.


Trevor Jones BSC FInstSMM - Training Consultant


Trevor has enjoyed over 25 years of successfully selling complex business solutions to many of the FTSE's top 500 companies.  He has also held a number of positions in National Sales Management.  His extensive experience in direct marketing ranges from negotiating at board level to making new business pitches and presentations to Directors, Trustees, Actuaries and Consultants.  He is accomplished at "opening doors" and getting to meet decision makers.

 

Trevor has passed his knowledge and experience by continually delivering development programmes throughout his career, which have enabled his colleagues to achieve success.  He specialises in communication skills, skills that can be used in all client situations, whether an investment presentation, a sales meeting or communications over the phone or via email.  Trevor’s strength lies in being able to motivate people to fulfill their true potential.  Once people understand what they can achieve, their performance in aspects of their lives improve.  "Belief in your own ability" a lesson Trevor learnt well as a sports graduate from Loughborough, a principle he passes on in his coaching.


 

Linda Moseley -

Franck Manville - Training Consultant


As an experienced trainer and facilitator Franck complements and augments the design, delivery and implementation of sales training and personal development programmes of large and small enterprises.

Franck is a certified Siebel Target Account Selling instructor and has delivered IBMs Signature Selling Methodology around Europe.

 

Franck has over 3 decades of experience in customer facing roles in the ICT Industry.  With 25 years in sales, sales management and general management his core competencies include: exploring and exploiting new channels to market; partner and business alliance development and management; interim sales and sales management.

 

Franck became a sales practitioner in the computer industry initially with IBM before moving into sales management in the mid 1980s. Although his career led into general management in the early 1990s his excitement and enthusiasm for customer facing activity never waned. In 1999 he set up Sellergy to help companies develop their go-to-market strategy, audit their customer-facing resources, train the sales teams and set up the sales support processes.

 

Franck remains a supporter of sales as a career and believes in constant fine-tuning of techniques, style and self-motivation through effective goal setting and the development of confidence and self-esteem.
