Over the last 10 years the rate of absenteeism has grown by 25% costing companies millions of pounds in lost revenue. The key contributing factor is related to stress and/or personal difficulties which impact on performance and commitment at work. How can you be sure that all of your employees are functioning to the best of their ability?

These bite sized one on one life coaching sessions improve an employee's performance and well being in the workplace to ultimately increase loyalty and reduce absenteeism

Key Deliverables / Outcomes

  • Help each employee to identify and overcome emotional obstacles
  • Support the refocusing of individual's effort on areas that can be improved towards desired outcomes
  • Provide a support framework which allows each individual to develop at their own pace

Summary Agenda

The number of sessions and structure is agreed with the employer. The employee will agree the focus and goals of the sessions and work with the coach towards an agreed outcome.
