Susan is the Founder of and a Programme Director at the Longley Academy. Susan has enjoyed a successful 20 year career in Corporate Sales and Business Management with global blue-chip corporations such as Xerox, Kodak, & Siemens. In 1994 she founded the Longley Academy providing tailored leadership, sales and change management training to a variety of clients.
Recently, Susan has been retained by clients all over the world helping them to blend technical expertise with client relationship skills, to ultimately win more business.
During her career Susan qualified in PSS, SPIN, Miller Heiman, TAS, Kepner Trego. She is also a NLP practitioner and Certified Business Coach, and a long standing member of the Institute of Directors.
