Mark is a highly experienced facilitator and Director with over 20 years experience in the people management and development arena and has been a board member of NETg and Quintiles Innovex . He has extensive experience of both UK and European HR issues including; Strategy Development, Organisational Development/Design, Competency Development and Performance Management.
A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Member of the Institute of Directors. Qualified in Psychometric/Occupational Testing and a Licensed Business Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
He has had several articles published in professional journals on a variety of current human resource issues. His training programmes come from an invaluable perspective that is proven to deliver results.
