Edward entered the world of training, development and consultancy in 1987 following a highly successful career in the corporate world having worked in senior positions in organisations such as Shell, Imperial Tobacco and Forte Hotels.
As well as having considerable experience, knowledge and track record in sales, management, leadership, coaching and business practices, Edward has studied behavioural psychology and is a practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Edward's coaching style is motivational, supportive, challenging and highly focused in line with the objectives of the individual and the business.
